PJM 109: A high-quality space for corporate offices, with modern architecture in harmony with the historic landmark.
A high-quality space for corporate offices, with modern architecture in harmony with the historic landmark. That's what PJM 109 is, a building incorporated by Stan Desenvolvimento Imobiliário, located in the area of Paulista Avenue, the main geographic, financial and tourism landmark in São Paulo. Besides providing modern access and innovative infrastructure marked by the excellence and high standards of its decoration, the project preserves one of the historical landmarks of São Paulo: the mansion that belonged to the Baron of Bocaina, Francisco de Paula Vicente de Azevedo, built in 1911.
As for the modern part, the L-shaped office was designed by the renowned firm Botti Rubin Arquitetos to optimize the circulation and use of its wide-open spaces. PJM 109 has 15 floors measuring approximately 500 m² each, free of central columns (open space), which can be divided in up to 2 sections, creating efficient and flexible spaces perfect for setting up intelligent offices. The landscaping design was the work of Soma Arquitetura and the interior design for the common areas was done by Patrícia Anastassiadis.
As for services and access for employees, PJM 109 is a real find. Its location, on the corner of Rua Padre João Manuel and Alameda Santos, offers a large variety of restaurants, services and shops, as well as easy access by the major public transportation modes, such as the Green subway line, bus lines and the bike track. It's also close to the São Paulo Museum of Art (MASP), Trianon Park, the Itaú Cultural Foundation and Gazeta Theater.
