“I am certain we will be very happy here.” That's how Christopher Freeman, President of Granado, welcomed employees of the company, which inaugurated its new headquarters in the Vista Guanabara building in the Porto do Rio district on Monday (March 6).
“Here we will have more space for future growth," announced the owner of the company that is one of the most traditional cosmetic manufacturers in Brazil and that last year became a partner of the Spanish fashion and perfume conglomerate Puig, owner of brands like Carolina Herrera, Nina Ricci and Paco Rabanne.
Granado Rio de Janeiro now occupies two floors of Vista Guanabara, a corporate building that has the international Triple A certification, a certification that attests to the facility's high architectural standard and high level of technology, security and comfort. The design of the building is by KPF, a renowned architectural firm based in New York.
“We are very excited about the move to Vista Guanabara because it represents a new phase for the company,” said Sissi Freeman, Granado's Director of Marketing. “The new space, with everyone under one roof, will support this expansion in Brazil and abroad," she added.
“All the Granado departments are now in Vista Guanabara. Areas that were previously located in separate buildings will now be more integrated. With this, the company will gain synergies”, assessed Bernardo Barros, Director of Granado Rio de Janeiro. “Besides that, the view we have from the new headquarters is amazing. It almost makes you want to charge an admission fee,” he joked.
During the tour, employees seeing the new Granado Rio de Janeiro headquarters for the first time could be heard saying, "What an incredible place!"
